Houdini is the gold-standard for simulating realistic fluids and water. In this advanced course, you will learn the professional techniques used to create water FX at the highest level of VFX. From foam sculpting to underwater advection, we will leave no stone unturned in this deep dive of the fluid FX pipeline. Week by week we will build our knowledge of core Water FX concepts as we grow in our understanding of both the artistic and technical aspects of fluid simulations in Houdini. In the final weeks, you will learn from VFX Supervisor Saber Jlassi, who will show you how to create the incredible waterfall scene from the trailer.
